Few days ago I start getting sick, thirst, sleepy, lack of energy, frequent urination, blurred vision, looseing weight. I had diabeties seven months ago when I was pregnant, is there a chance I have it now.

Yes, it's possible. You have the symptoms and one of the bad things about gestational diabetes (diabetes while pregnant), is that you are more prone to becoming diabetic. Go to your doctor ASAP, because if you are diabetic and you're having these symptoms, you may be heading for a medical emergency. You have a plus on your side though. You are aware what these symptoms may be coming from because of your bout of gestational diabetes. Most people who have these symptoms do nothing until they've had to be rushed to the hospital in diabetic DKA, or resulting diabetic coma, which is life threatening. See your doctor NOW. Look up the information or ask him about this later when you get there.

yes you do. If you didnt' your blood sugar would not be 503 EVER. You need to go to the doctor ASAP and have them confirm and start treating you. I just brought my 7 month old baby in for a High blood sugar (i checked him because he was urinating alot, drinking a bottle all of the time and being crabby and my 3 year old has type 1 and so i checked nhis blood sugar due to the symptoms) And i caught it and got it started to be treated within the first 1-2 weeks of him getting it, so you need to go in. A high of 503 is Not normal for someone that doesn't have it, good luck and go to the doctor right now.

It is certainly possible. If you had gestational diabetes you should have a glucometer and if you do not try to find a friend or relative who does. A fasting gluocse on 2 consecutive occasions of greater than 110 mg/dL or 6.1 mmol/L is suggestive and would warrant sharing these values with your physician. If you do not have access to a glucometer consider purchasing one as that may be less expensive than a visit to the physician and if you do end up at the physician's office they are likely to suggest that you purchase one anyway. I would hope that you do not have diabetes but I would hope that you will get your gluocse tested one means or another. Best wishes for good health.

With a blood sugar that high , I am amazed you can even stand.Go to the ER now. Call and tell them you are on your way.
Have a friend come with you. Maybe bring a change of clothes and a nightgown.

Possibly. Do you test your blood sugar? Sounds like you could be pregnant again, tho. Go to the doc. Now, don't wait.

Yes sounds like you might especially with a bs that high GO SEE A DR NOW. Don't put it off you could get a lot sicker and have to go to the hospital!
