if you have diabetes and you want to become pregnant, you must know that the use of metformin is contraindicated in pregnancy. First of all have a check up at your diabetes doctor, and make sure your blood glucose is well controlled.
When you'll become pregnant, all types of antidiabetic oral drugs should be stopped, and insulin should be used til after lactation.
take care

Firstly it's spelt pregnant and why did you write this in the diabetes section, if you have diabetes, you should really go to the doctor before even considering becoming pregnant and medicine doesn't make you pregnant, that's sex.
