If your looking for a more lean diet, I suggest maybe starting wth corn and butter everyone loves corn, then carrots and then after that gor for green beans and tomatoes with salt, very good. Once you've done that really try asparagus, mushrooms, squach, especially spegetti squach that is the best. But for most if you like a cold snack celery and peanut butter is also good and healthy because of the veggie and protein also carrots and any dressing because of the veggie and dressing to sweetin it up. Good Luck!

Corn is an easy one. If you are looking at changing your diet for health reasons, you really need the green veggies though. A lot of people hate broccoli, but I love it. You might try it with melted cheese on in 1st, just to get you started. Veggies are actually really good, but if you have never had them, it might take some time to acquire the taste.

tomatoes+ cucumber ( these are considered fruit..but we call it vegetable)...carrot,potatoes, spinach ( very good for helath high with zinc and fibre), french beans, long beans, u can try tofu ( high with protein)

but u can try salads for a start...

but abt vege that taste the best...it depends on how u cook it...

brussels sprouts, artichokes and corn.

try a salad made of tomatoes and feta cheese, with a drizzle of olive oil.

or spinach, fresh (again with feta cheese and olive oil), or boiled.

boiled cabbage is also really good.

my favorite is a wedge of fresh, cold, crisp iceberg lettuce topped with bleu cheese dressing.

have a nice day!

everybody likes potatoes. But salads are always a good place to start. Just experiment and eat whats in season (ie. cheap)
