put water into nose when head facing ceiling . will water get into lungs?

nope - it will stay in your nose -
I would make it warm - and you can add salt - about the same
as you would gargle with (not too salty) and that will help your nose

I use a birminham nasal douche - little piggy

The top of head facing ceiling?? If you put in too much and they don't swallow it can go into lung-if you put it in left nostril w head leaning over sink it should run out mouth or right nostril-D
