Tacos and burritos are both Mexican "sandwiches". Tacos are usually wraped in deep fried corn bread (Hard and crunchy) while burritos are in soft baked corn bread (soft and chewy).
Neither are anything like what Taco Bell sells as Mexican food.

Yes, they are considered sandwiches. The recognized creator of the sandwich, The Earl of Sandwich, placed meat between pieces of bread so that, while travelling, he could eat something easy to handle and ready to eat. So by definition, a taco and or buritto are sandwiches.

I say no, but it does not matter. A taco burger is taco meat and fixings on a bun. That is a sandwich.
