There are instructions in the packaging, but in case you dont have it or something...
Take the rolled up condom. Most have a little tip that looks smaller than the rest of the condom, like the tip of a balloon. Pinch that between your fingers and with your other hand, roll the condom on to the penis as far as it will go and then let go of the pinched tip. This tip is for the semen later, its ok if that little tip looks funny, its supposed to be there. When you are done, remove the condom carefully and throw it away.
Read the instructions if you have them, i think it has pictures (drawings) for help too...

After opening the package, you should roll the condom onto your erect penis. After you are done then remove it right away.
