Fortunately most of us "Aspie" guys (most Asperger patients are men) tend to not get any, so the statistical risk for STDs should be lower. =D

On a more serious note, many, if not most, with Asperger syndrome, also suffer from a Bipolar disorder (generally bipolar II, the hypomanic variant). During hypomanias, people definitely might go and have promiscuous, unsafe sex.

The key is to keep means of STD protection (i.e., condoms) on hand when needed.

Aspergers is a form of autism that you're born with. It has nothing to do with STD's. You can get an STD from unprotected sexual contact. Having Aspergers in no way increases your chance for an STD, unless the person with Aspergers is not able to understand to use protection. From what I understand, people with Aspergers tend to be highly intelligent, and extremely high functioning, able to mix in society.
