Hello:
Although a female can get HIV from a male partner at a greater rate, a man can also get it from having sex with an infected female.
Any exchange of body fluids, ie. semen, vaginal secretions, blood, between two people can transmit the virus.
It also depends on what is called a "viral load" which is the number of viral particles per milliliiter or cubic centimeter (cc) of blood. The higher the number, the higher the risk of transmission.
Oral sex (fellatio or cunnilingus), penile penetration in the vagina or anus are all modes of transmission.
If there happens to be the tiniest of a tear in the tissue of the vagina, anus, penis or mouth/throat, then the virus can be transmitted.
The best thing to do is use a condom 100 percent of the time. All it takes is one time to transmit the virus.
Just be careful out there!
I hope this helped answer your question.
Regards,
Warren Shaffer, M.D.

Man not get aids from a woman by sex! If woman HIV positive, man get HIV from woman by sex, most any kind sex. Then man HIV positive, too! Then, probably, him get HIV.

Best suggestion you not have sex with woman until you learn speak better. Then brain developed enough not to ask such silly question.

Please be careful!

HIV from vaginal blood can enter the urethra. Any tiny tear in the urethra of the penis will help the virus invade the man's blood.
