I had a small white bump on the inside of my cheek right near my lips. It was the size of a small zit. I even squeezed it and small white core came out like on a white head but it was on the inside of my mouth. Was it a zit, a cold sore, some new type of oral Herpes? I'm asking for serious responses because I don't know if I should tell my mom to take me for VD testing or just let it go since I popped it.

It definitely in a area where I have bitten my cheek, but it was irritating more then painful. I thought I bit my cheek because of the bump, not that the bump was there cause I bit my cheek. I popped it this morning because I kept picking with it with my tongue.

It could be nothing. Don't drive yourself crazy drive searching the internet for answers about your health concerns. And don't get so scared by all those preaching gloom & doom that you become to afraid to seek a professionals opinion.
You sound like your in school. So tommorrow morning, go see the school nurse and show her the bump. If its nothing you'll finally know for sure and if its not she can still help. If you are over 13 and the nurse thinks its an STD she can help you get testing without telling your mom.
If it is an STD don't be afraid to tell your mom. If its something serious the sooner you get proper medical attention the better. Besides she might be more understanding then you think.

It might've been a canker. They're generally small white areas on the inside of your mouth that get very red in the surrounding area and is sore.
If it is a canker, then there's nothing to worry about. They're not an STD, and they are not even infectious. It's just an irritation in the skin cells on the inside of your mouth. They can be caused by stress, lack of nutrition, lack of sleep or even if you bit your cheek a little.
They eventually go away by themselves, and there's no cure. You can use a teething gel to numb the pain until it heals, and maybe rinse your mouth with Listerine or salt water to keep it clean and free from infection.
If they keep recurring, you might need to go to a doctor to figure out why they keep coming back, but generally, they don't cause problems.

Talking to your mom, than your at home, in high school and I'm guess by your questions, sexually active?
Does this also mean your having unprotected sex, and since your talking about herpes and it's on your mouth your having oral sex ? am I right?
Well...! I would rethink my questions and ask myself, this was close now, wasn't it? and then am I going to do it again, probably but differently, like protected sex from now on. Pill or no pill, protected sex and he can like it or lump it, or no sex. Take that stand. Stick to it and you'll be the pediatrician to the high school prom. And, you won't have to worry about tell some nice guy you really feel about in time to come, how you got herpes or...worse.
Make the dime stop there, please. And, no more B.J's if he wants this let him go see suzy down the street, stand up for yourself with dignity.
And, no, I don't think this was STD's

If you had some sort of damage done to your cheek more than likely it is a canker sore. They develop on the inside of the mouth as a result of trauma, such as accidently biting your cheek or scratching it with a potato chip. They will look white and be very painful.

It could be herpes. Herpes look like blisters with white pus like stuff inside. You should be more careful with your oral sex partners. You should definitely ask your mom to take you to the doctor.
