I seem to have developed 3 almost white blemish like marks, on the bottom of the head of my penis. I always have safe sex, and the woman i've been with are all tested and STD free, but thats what they say. Does anyone know what these might be caused from? I masturbate 3-5 times a week, somtimes with or w/o lube. Thank you in advance. Im cut, and 18 years old.

To go and get an STD test, do i just goto a family doctor? or would it be better to goto a planned parenthood dealy.. ?

go to the doctor of course. a clinic or fam. doc would be good. I dont' know for sure but they could be warts.
