Hi,
If the man and woman don't have HIV already, they ARE NOT going to get HIV, from each other.
Both partners keeping "TRUE" to each other should have nothing to worry about.

Ok... your question is contradictory! only if one of the partners are infected can you get the virus. And yes, with a lip cut, you can get the virus.... the odds might be great but it is possible and depends on the deepness of the cut.
