consider thyroid and other glands
on the face of it, i would say get a lot of exercise.. cardio and core strength training.. raise metab., become more thermogenic
perhaps multivitamin is smart with an early meal and I always suggest cal/mag/zinc (unless you're getting the calcium) and fish oil while you're at it... a deficiency could contribute to the problem i suppose and those things are a good long-term bet for health anyway
but if this is a sign of a bigger problem, then alleviating the symptoms might just mask it.

You don't mention how old you are. These are symptoms of perimenopause or menopause. Do you also have night sweats?
Palpitations (rapid heart beat) are a symptom of a lot of different things, including anxiety attacks. You need to see a doctor to rule out anything serious. Good luck.

It is a psychological problem. I think u feel to have a great anxiety, coz ur life can have a incident which is diverted to u in a vague unpleasant emotion that is experienced in anticipation of some (usually ill-defined) misfortune. U should ask an specialist and tell him/her all ur incident if any without any hesitation.

To get rid of excessive sweating, check here http://stop-sweating-now.keysolve.net
The majority of excessive sweating sufferers rely only on expensive surgery, antiperspirants and medicines but these only have temporary results. Thankfully, nature herself has provided us with everything it takes to eliminate the problem. if you would like to get rid of hyperhidrosis
