It doesn't hurt. Its just croaky. I'm just getting over a cold. :-(

Either use throat drops or cough drops 2 soothe your throat.Drink Tea as well that helps also.Good Luck

Hot tea with lemon and honey can help soothe the vocal cords eliminating the hoarsness. Also, using your voice as little as possible will help. Your vocal cords simply need time to heal after your cold.

Get yourself some Vick's antiseptic spray. You spray it in the back of your throat and it goes totally numb, no pain at all for a while. It's a real life saver when cough drops don't work.

Jack Daniels and honey 1 shot of each every 4 hrs

gargle salt water (dont swallow for obvious reasons). Swallow natural honey. These are also good ways of heading off colds and sicknesses as soon asyou start to feel it.

stop smoking.
If it is only from a cold then wait till its gone or suck on some throat lozengers.
i cant really offer you any other thing to put in there......
