no it shouldnt be abe to be. unless you r female and using a toy that has been used by someone with hiv or aids. if your male then if you use some sort of lube that might have infected vaginal juice in it or maybe you bottled vaginal juice from an infected female. otherwise no it cannot because it is a virus that you have ot aquire from a second party

OMFG!!! that is really the most stupidest question i've ever had to answer!!!! there is no hope in hell you could get HIV/AIDS from whacking off. as the other's say.. it's the safest sex you could ever have. on the other hand.. if you've already got the disease, then there's nothing you can do but keep on whacking off. might as well keep having fun cause you're ****** anyways is you ever get this disease!!!!
