Anyone know of a website where I can get authentic tamales on the internet? Any recipes ? Could I get ingredients? Am disabled and cannot get out and shop.

this is the perfect time of year, as tamales are being prepared for christmas holiday many times by housewives of mexican households looking for extra cash.

here's one such example:

or search your local craigslist.org to arrange for local pickup...

toodles and thanks in advance for best answer

You probably don't need to buy them over the Internet. Pay a friend to bring you some from a local mexican place every week and/or you can look up the recipe online and have a friend go out and get you the ingredients so you can make them at home. I've made them before and they aren't hard to make, but they take some time. If you are home all the time, then that may be something you could try.

Amazon.com has a gourmet section.
I have never tried them (m vegetarian) but I have seen them on their site. Here is the link.
