Maybe they want to put you in the hospital because you need to be there.

At home remedies? O2, no smoking, take your medicines.

Other than that, nope.

Sure, stay home & smoke.

There are no home treatments for COPD. You can't get the medications or home oxygen without seeing a doctor.
