I wanted to make some Chinese food tonight and was just wondering if anyone had a recipe for Chicken Lo Mein,and spring rolls?And do you use a different type of noodle for it?thanks and that would be a big help!And if you throw in bonus recipes that'd be a bonus as well!

Not sure about lo mein, but spring rolls are really easy to make.
Spring rolls:
Stir fry some beansprouts, julienne carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, shredded chicken (optional) chinese mushrooms with salt and WHITE pepper (it has to be white pepper or it won't taste as good). Wrap in spring roll pastry (you can find these in Chinese supermarkets) then deep fry.
Other recipes:
Fry some beef with onions, peppers and carrots together with black bean sauce (you can buy these in jars from chinese supermarkets, follow the instructions on the label), then serve with rice.
My favourite recipe:
Marinate some chicken wings/drumsticks in chopped garlic and ginger, and soy sauce (add some water otherwise it would be really salty). Then roast with honey. This makes great finger food/starters/picnic food!
