There is this stuff called AirBorne but the directions say to take it at the first sign of flu symptoms. Also I heard about (not tried) a product called MD something - sorry - can't quite remember the name. The only other thing I can recommend is the old fashion chicken noodle soup, hot tea with lemon (shot of JD) and plenty of juice and Vicks Vapo Rub and "I Love Lucy". Hope you get better.

Sorry to say but very few things work on the flu..
Drink plenty of water..
take extra zinz...
take vitamin C
rest alot....
I have also used Echinacea when i got any kind of viruse like bug ( Echinacea is an herb if you didn't know can be found at any health store and the cheaper ones can be found at like Wal-mart or any grocery store),,,Echinacea has anti-biotic properties and if you have anykind of infection with a virus, then it can help.. IAlso , Echinacea can boost your immune system..
I take it during the winter months kust for that reason...
If your flu symptoms get really bad, go see the doc .. he may be able to prescibe something to help you get through it...
Sorry you are sick .. get well soon...

The flu will natural take it's course. The body has a normal course required to fight infections. There is very little you can do to hurry it along. What you can do is eleviate the symptoms by drinking plenty of fluids, eating healthier and taking flu medication.

You just need to let it run it's course. It does help to get a lot of rest and drink lots of fluids. Don't mess with over the counter junk, it only makes it last longer. Garlic is supposed to help too. There are some herbs but you would need to ask someone in a health foods place, but beware of some of them too. They might try to sell you expensive herbs that don't work.
