Of the 613 commandments:
Orthodox are supposed to follow all of them since they believe the Bible is the literal word of God.
Conservatives follow most or many of them. They believe that although the Bible was divinely inspired, it was written by humans and contemporary Jews are supposed to study the Bible in order to try to understand what God meant at the time and how it applies to today's world. Therefore not all commandments apply today.
Reform Jews may follow many or very few of the commandments. The degree of observance varies greatly. They believe that the Bible isn't the literal word of God and that Jews should study it personally and conciously to decide which commandments are ethical and apply. Each person's own relationship with God is important in determining how they understand the Bible.
Reconstructionist Jews are the same as Reform Jews in that their degree of observance varies greatly but their reason is different. They believe that the Bible is a great document of the Jewish people, culture and civilization but isn't central to what being Jewish means. Tradition is important in Reconstructionism so most will follow many of the commandments if they believe are ethical and apply.
The convenant did not change. What changed in some cases is the understanding of it and how Jews apply it.

There are several schools of Judaism these days, and of these, Orthodox Jews do try to keep all the laws of the Old Testament, whereas Reform Judaism and the liberals are not so strict about it.

OF COURSE THEY DO NOT! Simply read the book of Deuteronomy! Even at the passover celebration, they FAIL to fulfill The Word of GOD, but simply take a leg portion from the butcher.
BUT, those Really Redeemed Jews, know this verse.....!
(1Corinthinas 5:7) Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our PASSOVER is sacrificed for us:

Hi, this may come as a shock or at least a surprise when I tell you that not all Jews follow the laws of the Old Testament or `Torah`, it is mostly the ultra-orthodox that still cling to this.
Most Jews follow the corrupt `Babylonian Talmud` and it has to be read to be believed, it is a hate filled anti-Christian set of instructions, in which Jesus is condemned to Hell and all non Jews whom they call Goyim, are just animals who were created to serve the Jews.
to see for yourself type babylonian talmud into google.

yes. to different degrees. it depends on how orthodox they are..when the temple was destroyed, they could not do animal sacrifices anymore ,so they do mitzvahs instead, which are smal personal sacrirfices and prayers... the covenant did not change...how they approach obeying it has changed

The Old testament is one of the interesting works of fiction litterature that are part of Middle Eastern legends and fairy tale.
You read them, sometime enjoy them but you are not suppose to "believe" or "follow" what's in them. DOing so would be symptomatic of schyzophrenic mental disease.
