The player you are looking for is Giovanni van Bronckhorst. He won 2 Scottish Premierleague titles with Glasgow Rangers in 1998/99 and in 1999/2000. In 2001, he moved to Arsenal. His time at Highbury was interrupted with a serious cruciate ligament injury, but he did manage to win an FA Premiership title in 2002. In 2003, he moved to his current club, Barcelona where amongst other honours, he was a member of the Barca team which defeated Arsenal in the Stade de France to lift the Uefa Champions League trophy earlier this year 2006.
