I recently started using 2 new facial products, one was an exfoliating facial wash (I’ve used other ones before, but not from this brand) and facial cleansing wipes (never used these before).
I used these new products for 2 days and I developed an allergic reactions (very itchy red dots) so I stopped using both of them and that was 2 days ago, but the dots haven't gone away and they are still so itchy, is there anything I can do to relieve the itchiness (I’ve already tired moisturizer and it doesn't work) for the time being, I’m planning on going to the doctor about this tomorrow.

You should see a doctor. You probably have atopic eczema. And your docotr may prescribe you products like Protopic and Elidel for it. You'll get cured fast. But don't wait to see a MD!

My dermatologist doctor told me that our skin can be irritated if we use new skin/facial products because our skin is not used to that new product.
