i used to have acne, then i used a medicine that dries the skin and removes the upper layer in order to get rid of all the acne... well this is when my skin started scarring. it never did before and i have no idea why it is. everytime i get acne its scarring, is there anyway to stop the scarring from happening, maybe using skin lotion that removes the dryness of the skin
and how do i stop breaking out, i wash my face twice daily but it just continues happening

Diet n other lifestyle factors, including cleanliness do not cause acne.
An exception is kelp, a seaweed that can cause severe cystic acne.
Iodized salt can also provoke an acne flare-up. If u think ur acne is a result of a food sensitivity, try eliminating suspect foods from your diet for a several weeks.
A number of medications can also cause acne; major offenders include steriods n other hormonal agents, iodine preparations, lithium, n anticonvulsants.
Stress often triggers a flare-up of acne, most likely by altering hormone levels.
EAT PLENTY OF:
- Fresh fruits n vegetables for beta carotene n vit C.
- Seafood, lean meat, poultry, yogurt, n whole grains for zinc n vit B6.
LIMIT
- Kelp supplements.
- Iodized salt.
- High doses of vitamins B6 n B12.

contact a mellalucca (sp?) agent . You can find them on-line. They are called Mellalucca The Wellness Company. I am absolutely not kidding. I have roseacea and so does my sister. Bought their "Gold Bar" soap and my skin is great! no bumps, not red and irritated. Honestly. This is not hype just fact. buy one bar..it lasts a long time. If you aren't sold before that bar is gone I would be shocked!! Really.

I use a product called CoBigelow skin tonic(#098) and face gel(#1022), it is all natural and available on there site, hope this helps.
