Well, the girl I like is 3-4 yrs older, works in the same office...

What should I do ?
If I tell her & she did not take it well, she might find it awkward whenever I meet her in office ! I do not want to make her uncomfortable..

If I do not, she might get married soon, & I may regert whole life for not telling her !

What to do ?

Let it go...work relationships are too tricky to deal with, and esp. if she's already involved.

If she is getting married it is probably because she is in love, so you would just make it awkward if you say something. You are better off moving on.
