That seems like alot of weight to lose in 5mths.The best you can do is drink plenty of water, exercise & eat healthy foods.Try to eat small portions 5-6 times aday.It's suppose to be more healthy for you.Good Luck!

that's 20 pounds in 5 months iv lost 53 pounds in 5 months i went to my doctor and they gave me xenical tablets and a proper diet to follow and its working great i eat toast weight watchers bread a sandwich for dinner and a proper tea and healthy snacks if you would like any more help or just a chat e mail me on www.shannathome@yahoo.com

Are you just sick of the normal diet programs were after the diet plan finish the additional lbs are just coming and coming after finish the diet plan? Are you encounter the reality that when your physique gets utilized to a diet regime then this diet plan gets less successful more than time since your entire body adjusts to compensate?

exercise and cut down on your food intake. i joined the tesco diets programme and it's very help ful. it gives you a meal plan and fitness plan for 10weeks. and you receive support from the team. i was 13st 8lbs and in less than 2weeks i am now just under 13st.

i have recently joined slimming world and i have lost 16lbs in a few weeks, one of the other ladies who goes wanted to loose 3 stone which is 42lbs and she did it in 9 months. good luck with which ever you choose and you will achieve what you want.
