Parvo is highly contagious to unprotected dogs, and the virus can remain infectious in ground contaminated with fecal material for five months or more if conditions are favorable.
Most disinfectants cannot kill the virus, however chlorine bleach is the most effective and inexpensive agent that works, and is commonly used by veterinarians. Nolvasan is less toxic, smells better, and you can use it on your shoes without ruining them - but it's a little expensive.
You can have a veterinarian draw blood and run a titre to find out how well your other dog will fare in a parvo-infected environment. Adult dogs generally have a higher resistance than puppies do, but they need to be kept current on their vaccines.
You should bring your other dog in for a booster Parvo vaccine if you haven't already.

Make sure your dog is up to date on vaccinations. Bleach is the best disinfectant for killing parvo virus and is also cheap. Bleach water is often used in veterinary clinics and breeders kennels to kill parvovirus. Dogs vary in symptoms when they get parvo, some may show very mild symptoms while others may die within a few hours after first showing symptoms. Parvo usually is most severe in puppies, old dogs, and in some breeds such as the Rottweiler, who are more susceptible than other breeds, to Parvovirus.

I am sorry about your lost. Pick up any poop and than spray down with javex and than rinse with water. Vaccinations would help prevent the 2nd dog from becoming infected as well.
