Not really no, it depends on the severeness of your head aches. It is pretty normal and okay for you to get minor head aches but anything that you know and can feel is slightly (or highly) above adverage is not.
If they are severe and all the time there is a whole range of possibilities of factors some of which can include:
- Low Iron Levels: i have had this, it is as it states when you have a low iron level in your body, along with head aches with low iron levels you usually feel pretty terrible, like very sleepy and unmotivated (not to be confused with a hang over! lol :P )
- Stress: unfortuantly this a growing problem in these recent days with people working long hours and straining to cram as much in as possible with limited amount of sleep! The brain needs a rest my friend, give yourself some down time...
- Dehydration: Simple but is over looked most of the time, i know its a pain but try and drink at least a bottle of water a day and gradually drink more... helps your health, stops headaches, and makes you full!!
Other less major triggers are as following:
- Anxiety
- Glare
- Noise
- Anger and other strong emotions
- Lack of sleep
- Poor diet
- lack of/limited amount of exersise
Although they are less major if they happen quite a lot (daily) then they can become a major cause of headaches...
I wouldn't recommend you run off the the doctors yet try and do some things to change the way you do things like:
- drink more water
- eat more red meat
- have some time out time
- Eat Healthier (even if its jsut eliminating all those snack times!!)
- Exersise more (take the stairs not the lift even!)
But if after say a month or this and the head aches are still there and causing you terrible pain then i recommend you visit you local doctor and they will probably ask you about all the things like diet, exersise, work ect and get a blood test to test your iron!!
Good Luck and i hope you get better!!
xoxo

I had headaches everyday. They were quite full on too. First I had my eyes re-assessed but there was no problem there. Another doctor suggested it was from being on the computer alot. Apparently you can get bad headaches/migraines just from being on the computer.
I would suggest having your eyes tested. Also try going off the computer for a few days and see if there is any change.
When you go to the doctor, if you have already done the above things it will greatly assist him/her in assessing what is going on. If glasses or refraining from the computer did not change anything, your doctor may suggest you have a scan to make sure everything is ok. I had that done but all was fine.
I actually had the scan BEFORE testing out other probables and as a result thought I was at deaths door with a tumour when it was just my glasses and too much computer! So if you can try the preventables first, it is much better for you.

No but its common. Some op are right dehydration can cause it but you need much more than 1 bottle a day, more like 8.
do you have neck pain? Where does it hurt? Severity? Its probably chronic tension headaches, try stretching.

I don't think it is normal to have headaches every day. I would seek professional help, go see a doctor before it leads to migrains. Take time to yourself, relax a bit, go have fun!

No. Before you see a doctor try to keep track of the intensity and triggers if you know of them. Here is a good site that has a headache diary:

This site also has great advice:
