It is good...because you have no problems afterward, relationships, breakups, hassles.
But, not very safe depending on where you go. If you are in a country that has legalized or at least tolerated commercial sex industry and requires check-ups, and licensing...then it tends to be fairly safe, and I'd say go ahead. Sex with those prostitutes is as safe as sex with any other random girl you meet, maybe safer because they are usually very careful.
If you're picking up drug-addicted streetwalkers...then, probably not worth it. Once you get it done with, you'll spend the next few days noticing every little pump and blemish in your genital area and wondering if it some sort of disease. Then, you'll spend the next 3 months worried that you caught HIV or Hepatitus C. You'll lose sleep every time you get a cough or runny nose...you'll be paranoid about everything.

Having sex with prostitutes is good when we are feel tension and feel bad when need to paid. Its safe with protection (with condom) and unsafe without protection (without condom). If can beware from it. take care.

For prostitutes, it's like food, it depends on where you bought it, who is servicing it, what is served and how it is served.
