Take time out for yourself, and try to learn to see yourself as the most important thing now, these men hurting you, had nothing to do with you as a person, and most of all start learning to like yourself again, and eventually you will learn to love yourself also....once you build up your self-esteem again protect your heart and take no prisioners if the next man you encounter even looks like he could be out to hurt you...break it off quick time.

I'd spend a nice shopping trip with my friends (girls, of course) and talk with them and try to forget all the boys. Just make a girl-day, that helps! Or two, or three.... Just take a break from the guys. And just so you know: If they hurt you, they weren't worth of you.
The next time, before you go out with a boy, be sure if he's serious about being with you. You'll know if he does, and if you're not sure, ask your friends.
Good luck in future!

I second the other guy. Don't rely on a guy for your self esteem. Your value should come from yourself. Find yourself a hobby. It'll help, no joke.
