I will never stop drinking coffee.
That said, how much do you drink?
If you drink more than 3 cups a day, you should cut back. Take something for the headache you will get for the next few days, lay low, so you don't hurt anyone's feelings during "withdrawal",
and limit yourself to no more than 3 per day.
I drink 1 or 2 cups a day, but know that I cannot stop. It is my only
"vice".

why quit, they say caffeine is harmful and the next thing you know they will put a band on that to since it is additive..but if you want to stop then in the morning drink one cup of coffee and then switch to decaf.. don't drink any other things with caffeine in it do this for about a week then the next week only drink caffeine coffee every other day..the third week drink one cup and then no more after that...better keep some Advil on hand to get rid of the head aches you will get for the first few weeks...but i also have to say that i drink 3 or 4 cups a day and plus i drink about 16 to 24oz of diet Pepsi a day and i do not have any problems..also Excedrin has caffeine in it so if it was so harmful why would they put it in medicine?

Gradually reduce the amount of coffee you drink. If you do it quickly you will possibly get a whopper of a headache. Try switching to a drink which has less caffeine. I have a feeling that like smoking -coffee drinking has some social attributes. It just becomes a habit to have one in your hand while chatting with co-workers, driving etc.LOL.

Just think that too much caffeine can cause kidney stones, which would pass through your penis and is known to be just as, or more painful than childbirth. Surgery is required to remove them sometimes, which could result in permanent damage to your penis, including erectile disfunction.
