because
1. i had a nose job last week requiring bed rest for 3-4 days.
2. its snowing outside so i cant walk out.
3. the only gym around is closed .
4. my body is healing so i need to consume enough calories( at least not less than before).
5. i have jet lag from travelling...
6. i am staying 3 wks in another country ( for the surgery) where foods have no nutrition labels .

10 more days to go, what to do? pleaseeeeeeeeeeee

You can still excercise at home. You can jump rope(jump up and down works if you dont have a rope) climb stais, shovel snow or just turn on some music and dance. As for what you eat, you don;t need labels, just use common sense.

Just because it snowing out side and the gym is close. that doesn't mean you can't exercise at home. do it for a while. but still get your rest. that is more important . your health is more important than getting fat. you can always take care of that problem when everything is over. good luck.

it looks like, you are so unlucky,,, but dont be sad, it may happen to all of us, yes it is because you are getting fat,, .. just try to make spor,, for example ,, walk!... it will feel better,, and it will stop your body making new fats...
