because
1. i had a nose job last week requiring bed rest for 3-4 days.
2. its snowing outside so i cant walk out.
3. the only gym around is closed .
4. my body is healing so i need to consume enough calories( at least not less than before).
5. i have jet lag from travelling...
6. i am staying 3 wks in another country ( for the surgery) where foods have no nutrition labels .
10 more days to go, what to do? pleaseeeeeeeeeeee
