I'd say he definately digs you. I always used to use the stare. Stare back to let him know you dig him too. If you are staring at each other for more than 5 seconds at least twice every time you see each other, he totally digs you and it will only be a matter of time before he asks you out.

All depends. He could just be really friendly. If you want something more out of it. Build it up, start going as group dates and movies and stuff. Everytime you have a group date have less people comign until there's just you guys.
