Sad but true, go down on him, if you smell vagina or if you smell latex, he's cheating on you.

If he is a sex crazed maniac one day then suddenly tapers off to not needing it as much, he's cheating on you.

He changes - ie he looks after his appearance more, gets a better wardrobe, or starts going to the gym.

If this is his first offence, he might be overly affectionate to you, or distance himself from you, depending on what sort of guilt he is feeling about what he has done to you.

Does he smell different? Not all guys wash properly after sex, so if you are sleeping with him, does his penis smell different? Are there scratch marks on his body that you didn't put in yourself?

Is he becoming more secretive?
