just follow the food pyramid and you should be ok...

here go here and figure out what you need in your pyramaid to make you grow strong..........

all it ask is for your age and if you are male or female then genrates a perfect food balance for you to grow healty and strong..

Growth depends on your pituitary glalnds. If you inherited a normal functioning one then, you grow normally to full size.

If you think you're size is too small or big, then you can't do anything about it because it is dictated by your jeans.

If your problem is Height or muscles, just be active and engage in sports or aerobic exercises. Eat a lot of protein rich food with no FAT, ok.

If you are more than 30, well, you can't grow anymore as you have reached your peak.

TRY PILATES exercises.
