Food is the most anabolic compound known to man. You must east to grow. This is the key. Then a great workout routine.

If you want size then compund exercises arethe absolute key.

Squats, and Deadlifts athe the two absolute bust compound movements for mass. They are hard and taxing so you rarely see people doing them BUT if you want to grow do them along with some type of pressing Bench or military. Barbell or dumbell rows are another excellent movement for size in back. Remember squats and DL release hormones in the body that make the entire body grow....So get cracking....

To burn fat lighter weights and more reps. To build muscle heavier weights and fewer reps with the emphasis on form rather than speed. Squats and lunges are great for the lower body and pushups and tricep dips for the upper body. Protein is also helpful for building muscle. You can buy powder to make protein shakes and protein is found in dairy, meat and poultry. Make sure every meal contains protein, fats and carbs. Aim to eat every 3 hours.
