i dont feel to good right now cause i have packed me and my son things but what signs can i tell if he cheated on me when he get home

Oh, quit your whining. So what if he was pounding some other gal? You're lucky he comes back to you at all. Give the man some space. You probably aren't putting out for him enough and he's friggin horny.

You might want to wait and find out why he didn't come home as expected. Don't jump the gun until you know what the real deal is. A gut feeling is usually right, but make sure before you break your home up. If he's cheating you will eventually find the "proof" you need. Put a key stroke logger on your PC, and use voice activated tape recorders around the house to see if he is making calls to women while you are out. Check the redial function on your home phone. Check his cell phone if he has one for incoming and outgoing calls. Check out his undies for stains. Check his vehicle for condoms, etc. Look in his wallet for phone numbers. Check credit card and bank statements, etc. There are many ways to find out if you put your mind to it.

Listen to what your gut or your intuition is telling you. It is going to be right about 98% of the time.
But watch how he behaves. Is he evasive? Does he not want to answer questions? Does he sound like he is defending himself or like he is hiding something?
Smell him. Does he smell like he just showered? Does he smell like someone else's scent or perfume is on him?
Even if he had a super late night out just with friends, he should have come home before morning. That is just bull what he has done. Have a chat to him and see how he reacts. If he makes up excuses, then just leave.

He might have another good reason for not coming home yet...
- he might have a blast with some real good funny friends (guys!)
- he might have got so drunk, so that he has fallen asleep somewhere...
- he might have been in a accident
- some of his friends might have been in a accident.
Does he have a cel phone? Have you tried to call him, or his friends?
I dont think you need to make any drastic things yet - wait and see what has happened ... I am sure that thing will be allright soon again! Have some cake, and go to sleep :)

hmm..has happened to me amany. you know when that gut is telling you something ..that is intuition and boy is it real! Oh yes i would understand if he was in an accident or jail, but there is proof for that! what proof does he have for what he did? He does not deserve you if he will not be honest with you.(what if he was in an accident...and you decided not to come to the hospital..how would he feel?)Yep that's how he should perceive this relationship.

when he gets home ask alot of questions. If he avoids you or is evasive then you will know. I always say a woman should go with her gut instinct. A womans intuition is almost never wrong!

Smell him...I know that sounds weird, but trust me, you will be able to smell if another woman has rubbed up against him. He might have her perfume or lotion scent on him still, or if they had sex you might be able to smell that scent on him too.
Also, ask him a lot of questions...see if he looks you in the eyes or not.

What is the weather like outside If it's A blizzard or something it may be that he had car problems. is it always good to jump to the worst conclusion?

I believe you should be patient, but if you want some way of measurement try some direct eye-contact (but in a lovely way..don't stare), if he looks away most of the time there's something he's hiding.
