meditation is a good thing i would stick with it, however your anger could also be a product of environment...job stress, family stress, location, music. Any of these factors COULD or are a factor in your anger. Im dealing with the same thing, but my anger is due to work stress...60hours a week is a killer

vigorous exercise regularly releases happy hormones, excises the "angries" and can help to temper your temper. I get angry but not as much or as fast as I used to since I started running. the punch bag is good idea too, as is throwing rocks into a lake. Breathe and count to 10....

Take a deep breathe, calm down and stop talking to anyone about what has caused you to be in that state! Then, reflect back and evaluate the situation leading to that state! You may find a better way of dealing with it!

U first try to analyse what is disturbing u very much.
Most of the time if u want to fire someone then try to avoid in getting touch with them for the meantime.
Have a clear concentration.

Go for a walk.
It's simple and works for any one. It doesn't matter what your race, religion, etc are. If you go for a walk, your going to feel better and more relaxed.
Personally, I think walks in the woods are best, but any walk is great.

try anger releasing excercise, like using a punching bag, or taking up an aggresive sport like kickboxing, or karate. or get something cheap, like a glass bottle, and smash it. hopefully you'll clean up after the smashing, but it really helps me, either to excercise, or damage something that wont be hurt and wont hurt others.
