I'm going to a posh ball tonight and wearing a dress which is a size too small. I need to eat before I go out but obviously nothing which will make my stomach bloat/grow as the dress won't fit and I'll look pregnant! I know to avoid wheat but any other ideas? Something that will line my stomach for all the alcohol too!

Whatever you eat in one hour or one day isn't going to make much of a difference in your stomach size :)

Actually if you eat 2 kilograms of pure fat at one time, you will probably die of a heart attack.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Avoid bread. Eat some thing like soup or a stir fry
Next time you want a flat stomach avoid bread for a few days before (not as easy as it sounds) and you will notice a huge difference.
Avoid drinking larger as well and stick to spirits with juice,

try vegetables and yoghurt. yoghurt also act as a diuretic, and may help you to lose oedema if you have any...
But what ever you do, don't go hungry. And don't forget, "it is not about how you see yourself, it is about how you feel yourself". This truly reflects to how others see you. Self confidence can make a woman look astounding.
