I'm not obsessive about my looks, but I do like to look clean and nice.
Most of the girls I see care too much about looks, in my opinion. Most of the best girls out there don't overly care about looks.

hm... to answer ur question... if i say no... i'd be lying. do guys care about looks? yes too right?

the more good looking the better.

but!

if however, you are unfortunate enough to have been born with good looks....
you can take the following options

1) plastic surgery (jk lol... there's another more charming option)

2) play up your personality.
there's a distinction between being yourself and being someone else.

.. by being yourself, you can learn, acquire or emphasise the traits you like in a person that you wanna have, eg, you are shy but you wanna be more funny and outgoing, you can learn to improve yourself by opening your mind or hanging out with sarcastic funny people.

being someone else however is like.. you like a girl, but you will go through the changes,,,, even to the extend of acquiring traits you don't like to satisfy the girl's criteria in a guy. well.. you can pretend... but.. in the long run... you are not gonna be truely happy as the thing to finding a perfect mate is to be yourself and find someone who is compatible to the real you.

anyway...at first sight... looks do win.. but... long run... personality is important to sustain a long term relationship.

I could care less about looks. There are so many of us that are just normal...we can't be supermodels or football players. I love to talk with someone and judge them by the person that is in their heart. I still make mistakes but I am still trying and have a hope.

All girls love good-looking guys, but their opinion of what looks good varies a lot, and this also is not the main reason girls will date a guy. Girls don't obsess over physical things like a sexy butt, or tight abs the way guys do. women's "turn-on" mechanism is much different than guys'.

To a point. Of course we notice looks at first, but deep down, personality is the more important things. Usually, if I like a guy's personality, he instantly becomes more physically attractive to me for some reason.

They are helpful at first. But one of the guys that I fell the hardest for (besides my hubby) was one that I was some what attracted to at first. But as I got to know him thats when I fell for him.
