which is a best buy scanner printer & copier, tried an HP C100 scanned pics have white dusts?

I have an HP psc 2410 Photosmart all in one printer/scanner.

I love it and I scan & print photos all the time. It works great!

Canon and Epson make fine scanner/printer/copier too.
