i cant eat well and i have found that by not eating i put on weight, but the only reason why i cant eat was cause i was hurt in the mouth by my ex, i drink through a straw as it is, can anyone help me in what i can eat through a straw, other then soup, thank you

goodness I hope it was an accident. Otherwise I hope you are prosecuting him.
Soup is a great choice as you can get all your basic vitamins and minerals from it. You can also drink mllk driinks, in fact most drinks through a straw. egg meals should slip down without you requiring too much mouth movement.
I doubt your mouth will be out of action long enough to require other food supplements, but should it be I am sure your doctor could give you a list here. Maybe she should look at that mouth problem anyway and give you advice.

You could puree just about anything and eat it with a straw. Buy a blender.

You can eat anything, whith a food processor you can liquidized any food.Is the way used for aged patients that can´t chew the foods.
