Too lose 1.5 in a week I would say around 1500-2000 calories a day and lots of exercise say 4 miles jogging or 8 miles cycling. If You are 14 years old I wouldn't advice this let Your self grow until 21.

If you have a sedentary lifestyle 2000 calories is way too much. I would try to do 1200 calories or less a day, if you don't lose weight than slowly go down 50 calories at a time and see where you begin to lose. Try to eath smaller meals more often instead of going without food and then sitting down to a big meal. Eating small meals more often will keep your blood sugar up and boost your metabolism, boosting your metabolism is the key to losing weight.

If you have been sedentary for a long time you need to ease into excercise so you won't injure yourself or stress your body more than it can handle. Start with walking 15 minutes a day after a meal. You can slowly build up to more time, perhaps adding 5 minutes a week.

Body for life is a great book on learning to lead your self exercise and boost your metabolism while still nourishing your body in a healthy way. Good luck!
