Hi,
I really like this girl at work, but she is a 3-4 yrs older than me... have not told her yet,,, but have given her hints by helping her in whatever way I can,, I just want to convey her that I like her & do not expect her to reciprocrate that. Thing is, I really really just want to see her happy, & if that person who will get an opportunity to make her happy can be me, than I would be really fortunate. I wish to tell her so many things, but really get nervous to realise what if she gets hurt by this.
Moreover, my friend, to whom I have told that I like her,always discourages me to talk to her, dont know why, & these days I have seen him being too friendly with her, which is really hurting me a lot. I know I might be wrong in getting hurt, but he even sometimes bumps into us when I have an opportunity to talk her. To me he keeps on telling that he does not like her, but when she is around, he becomes over friendly, which I really hate.
Really do not know how to handle this.

You sure you want to date someone you work with. I've done it couple times and I always told myself NEVER AGAIN. Anyways, with all due respect to you, you remind me of me when i was in junior high and high school. During those time I would try and please the girl by doing many things for her, and trying to make her feel happy. And boy was I going it about the wrong way. Atleast for me it was!. Yeah and i used to get nervous too. And the thing with your friend, I really believe that he is not interested in her. He seems to be sure of himself and talks to her uninhibited. I also used to feel like every guy that talked to the girl i had a crush was hitting on her. OK if you really want to know my opinion on hadling this is this:
Be CONFIDENT. NEVER "be in need of her"! NEVER. Relax and enjoy the company of someone else without feeling like you need to please them all the time. TRUST me SHE WILL LIKE YOU EVEN BETTER if you atleast start what i told you. GOOD LUCK BRO.

Sounds like your friend might like her and he's just selling you down the river. If he was a good friend and you told him you liked her he should back off and see you have a go at it if it doesn't work and he still liked her he could then try that would be the gentlmanly t hing to do.
Its very nice you want to make this woman so happy you sound very sweet. But dont' expect to much, and dont go in there with high epectations so you don't feel hurt if nothing arises from it.
I hope she knows what a kind man you are. But sometimes being sweet isnt' enough if she doens't feel atraction towards you but you still could be friends if thats okay with you.

Tell this girl before ur friend gets her ...he obviously likesher but he tells you he doesnt to keep u wait until he gets her. Tell her how u feel b4 u lose her to ur friend...he is being mean and deceptive but....every thing is fair in love and war. call her today!

seem that ur a sweet one well about ur problem..its better to be late(someone is around/had the same feeling as you in one girl)than to do nothing!!! what if ur the one shes longing for!what if she just also waiting for you!set ur feelings free! it will help you a lot
