my teammates, cause our school is racing as a team, i just had breakfast at 8:ooam should i have luch at 12.OOPM AND THEN GO?

Yes eat lunch! but also take some good snacks so you don't get hungry. You don't want to start into your glycogen stores even before you race. Also be sure to bring enough to drink!

Don't know where you are at but stay warm, the cold will make you use energy that you can use for your race. Not to mention just slowing you down in general

yes. if your going to run, you'll need lunch to give you energy. A common thing for runners isnt actually eating to much, its actually eating to little. THis is especaially commen in Cross Country Runners. You'll feel the difference. Good LUck!
