you need to buy below book, when the price is right and do minor fix ups and sell at book or a little above.

I don't know what state you live in.

I am in KS...and a person can't sell more than 5 cars a year if they don't have a dealer's license.

The license is cheap...it is all the regulations of being a dealer that can get expensive.
