The first likely cause is worms. Have the litter checked by the vet, chances are all need to be dewormed. Roundworm and hookworm can even sometimes kill young puppies. Viruses are another possibility, and there are others. Very young puppies can lose condition and die quickly once they become ill. Also make sure to keep the pup warm enough, ill pups also tend to become chilled. I usually put a heating pad on low and set it underneath part of the crate that I have a handfed puppy in, so the pup can go into the warm spot or get away from it. Toy dogs are delicate creatures anyway, another reason to have the litter vet checked and a stool sample done as soon as possible. I don't know what you use for a bottlefeeding formula but I raised many pups on a formula of 1/2 vanilla yogurt(8 oz), 1/4 water(4 oz), 1/4 evaporated milk(4 oz) , and a tablespoon of Karo Syrup. The yogurt not only is nutritious but also gives good digestive enzymes and populates the digestive tract with good bacteria. When I started weaning, I would mix canned food with the formula to make a weaning mush. Dogs and cats like the taste of vanilla yogurt whereas most don't like the sourness of plain yogurt.

If you are feeding cows milk, it would explain the stomach irritant, but if its puppy formula, then I sure wouldn't know. Pups at that age will not yet have symptoms from Parvo, or distemper , so it would have to be some other source of irritant..You didn't tell us how much blood, or if just a small amount, I would think it may be the formula and change it to another one...It may even be a pneumonia, and the blood coming from her lungs, instead of her digestive system..
but she really does need to see a vet, as soon as you can get her in.
Be sure to keep her warm as toast, when you take her in..You can use a hot water bottle or such..

Ask a vet.... If you cant afford a vet call your local animal shelter they can work out a deal of working off a vet bill in their facility and you can call a vet and they will give advice over the phone. Call a couple if you get a vet that wont talk to you.

Anytime there is blood in the vomit, you have a serious problem. I would advise giving very tiny amounts of water (drops) and take to the vet as soon as possible.
There are some 24 hour vets in your area, and you need to call NOW.

GO TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY.
It could be gastroenteritis which is serious.
Are there bloody stools as well?
Once again, do not wait. The animal needs aggressive attention, and if dehydrated, needs intravaneous fluids too.
I have had a dog who recently had the same symptoms which is why I suggested it is gastro. Your vet will be the best judge.
Once again do not delay. It could cost the dog her life if you do.

I don't know what would be causing it. But it does sound serious. If you really want to make the best attempt to save her, I would take her in to the vet emergency clinic. Good luck. I hope she is ok.

Take her to the vet at once, when our dog was vomiting blood we took him to the vet after a little awhile, and he almost died (the vet said it was a 90% chance he would not make it and 10% chance he would) , thank god he was OK. so go to the vet at once. do not llet what happend to us happen to you, it truly was not a happy time.
