I mean no tools whatsoever, no clothing, matches, knives or any other form of technology. Could you gather plants for food and hunt animals using only your natural anatomy? Other animals seem to do this quite well, lions get by fine without using spears or guns. Where would you live and what would you eat?

It would depend on where I lived. If I lived in a plentiful area, that never got terribly cold, I'm sure I could. Don't forget though, other animals do use tools, especially other apes. Also, it is a simple matter to make tools. I would not have to use matches, but could rub some sticks together or find some flint and steel. To crack hard nuts open, crush them between two rocks, which would also be a tool of sorts. Human bodies are not well furnished with in-grown tools like claws, teeth, hard-stomachs, etc. but the brain could be counted as a tool of sorts. I think where people may get the idea that humans could not survive without tools is the fact that we have built such a sophisticated society that the younger generations take so much for granted. If we lived like most other animals, our average life-span would be much shorter, and fewer live to reproduce. But our species would probably still survive, though not with billions of people.

im sure i could adapt but since we are not totally equipt to do this it would be very hard for us humans to do this. i am sure we humans could make tools and clothing with the things that are around us.
