There is more, when a guy comes[(from mainland to island)(somewhere in Malaysia)(Penang island)] and see you on your birthday and didn't wish you happy birthday, does that make sense? His friends also says that he came looking for me (I was out celebrating with friends) Do you guys tell your buddies about your crush or love life or who do you like?

first of all in the guys defence he may not have remembered it was your birthday. as a general rule guys have an inability to remember important dates and times.
your questions are specific to the guy in question, so without asking him specifically any answersi or anyone else gives here is in essence meaningless.
some guys do talk about wives and girlfriends however as a general rule male bonding is to moan about ther wives and girlfriends it is rare for guys to talk openly and positively, lovingly if you will about there lovers.
personaly i'm 33 alone and lonely living in the United Kingdom, there is no one even on the horizon of my life that i could call a possible lover. And it gets depressing to be alone day in and day out with noone special to share lifes ups and downs.
in your case just talk to the guy in questiion and ask him directly the same questions posed here and ask him to give you his honest answers. he should answer you honestly, and you will get the answers you seek and not generalised answers from yahoo users.

I have to disagree, if a guy is with a woman he does not always talk about it. Jerks usually do because they have a twisted need to prove something. As far as looking for you. If it were me looking for a woman at her place and she wasn't there I would be kinda down about it, but I would be trying to find out when she would be back so we could hang out, cuz to go to that distance would mean that I really liked her.

A guy who is lonely wishes he had a girl friend with him, usually this type of guy will treat the woman like a woman. Men who can have many women usually treat them like crap.

But, in regards to the 2nd part, when im lonely i usually go find someone to hang out with. And yes, us guys talk about the girls we like and that sort of stuff.
