lately i have been so moodly with my boyfriend like in one minute im happy then in the other i start like screaming at him for what ever thing he say i dont know what happening like im not
a jelous type of person but this few days i get jelous for no reason my boyfriend said that is ok becuase i have reasons to be like that so he doesnt get upset with me right now im having family problems so he thinks that is that im expressing my feelings toward him but i dont know,becuase then i feel bad becuase i start getting mad or something and he doesnt do anything so how can i try not to be so emotional with him ??????

I think you care a lot about your boyfriend. I think he has some insight into personal issues that you have that are of great concern to you. It is good that he does not internalize when you fly off the handle.

Be emotional with him. Love him a little more. Channeling your emotions in that direction may give you a sense of calm, peace, and safety.

Since you never stated your age, it could be your hormones acting up or that time of the month where everything bothers you. Try to pinpoint when you act that way.

Have you been checked by a Dr? Perhaps it's Bi-Polar... Or depressant.

if u c your going to go off on a rant, define the hellraisier and be done with it, don't drag it in to overtime, then be the best u can and he we give his approval of you seeing both ways, and that's what he wants is to be there for u
