Today I was helping a customer and hadn't made any eye contact, so when I was giving him the receipt I made sure to look at him and say thanks for coming in. But I wish I hadn't.

I'm not exaggerating; his eye, neck and chin had a massive amount of wart-like things. It looked like about 50 warts growing together into a huge bundle protruding from each of these areas. He also had large warts on other parts of his face, neck, and hands.

Not only am I disgusted, but I am afraid of catching some kind of disease. I made sure to wash my hands immediately and used disinfectant on my computer and the counter so other customers wouldn't pick up any germs.

So what condition does he have? Are they really warts? Can it spread to other people?

oh my god i know exactly what you are talking about. I saw it in a journal of medical anomalies about 7 years ago, so i can't remember what its called. I do however remember that it is something that is very rare & only usually people from 3rd world countries get it kinda like elephantitus. It is NOT contageous i think its genetic. If i find more i'll repost.

No idea..but the local Albertsons store here has a Starbucks in it and the "girl" working there had this problem. I bought a coffee because I didn't want to run out screaming and make her feel bad but I didn't drink it and I didn't go back.

Sounds like skin tags. I don't believe they are contagious, but they are highly annoying for people who have excessive amounts.
