I HAVE A STRONG LOVE FOR THE WAY ANIMALS SHOULD BE TREATED. BUT I AM NOT A VEGAN. I DONT JUDGE ANYONE ABOUT IF THEY LIKE TO EAT ANIMALS OR NOT....THATS NOT WHAT IAM TALKING ABOUT.. ITS ABOUT PETS, WILDLIFE,ZOOS ETC....ABUSE. ALL ANIMAL ABUSE & TORTURE!!! I WANT TO CONTINUE TO LOVE THEM BUT IM AFRAID IT WILL TAKE OVER MY LIFE...

This has been an intricate part of your life for years...the photos you saw, and the abuse, was too much for young eyes to be seeing, so it has been branded in your mind...You need to understand, that there are sick people in this world, and every little animal that you were a part of saving,...was one more than there would have been without you...you can't save them all,...just like we'd all like to save humans too and little children...Take a break from it for a while..and maybe you should get some friends in the same field...but don't let it consume you..you need to make friends,...and make yourself give a certain amount of hours in the day to your little friends...and then, cut it off....if you come to a conclusion that you are going to give say, three hours a day...you might feel better, and give those three hours intensity....I would tell you to pray to the Good Lord to guide you..you have almost been 'brainwashed' as a result of seeing this too early on..but you are going to be fine, I can promise you this..I just think those photos traumatized you a bit.. God Bless, and thank you for wanting to protect our little friends..

You should seek consultation right away to figure out what t is causing this feeling, please don't delay. You can do other things
in life but do some volunteer work like in a zoo where you might get
real experience with animals. Think about the positive not the negative. You should seek the consultation first before you try to get
in any kind of volunteerism dealing with animals. Or you could contribute to one of the charities that cares for abused animals if you think you can not handle it. good luck.

So your life can be meaningful, involve yourself in animal movements, animal conservation groups, zoo groups or employ yourself in a zoo or wildlife reasearch institute.

Don't waste your time just thinking, its not productive. Get something done. Get yourself into activity and fulfill what your heart desires.

honey you need to get help, see a pshychiatrist, you can tell them anything without them telling others, you will not be judged, but if you feel you are slipping away from reality only into a life of despair, loneliness, and quite possibly violence, you need to get help :]]]

don't be so afraid, you will be fine, I know so :P

call a local crisis hotline and speak to someone. they may be able to refer you to a counseling service. you may have what may be called a persecution complex, or some type of phobia which needs to be addressed.
